The first step is selecting a date and time that works for your family. We’ll discuss your preferred photography package, location, and availability. Once we’ve found the perfect time we’ll finalize the location. Whether it’s your favorite outdoor park, a cozy at-home session, or a studio shoot, I’ll help you choose the perfect setting to reflect your family’s unique style. A 50% retainer will be required to secure your date, and you’ll receive a confirmation with all the session details.

After booking, we’ll focus on preparing for the session. I’ll provide guidance on outfit choices, colors that photograph well, and any other details to ensure you feel confident and ready. All Single and Extended family sessions come with a premium styling service to take the hassle out of coordinating. We’ll plan together to make sure everything runs smoothly.

On the day of your session, you can relax and enjoy the experience. A day before our session, I’ll send a reminder with all the important details to ensure everything runs smoothly. Try to arrive a few minutes before your scheduled time. This will give everyone time to adjust to their new surroundings and get the most out of your session time. During the session, I’ll capture a mix of posed and candid shots, reflecting your family’s unique personality.

After the session, I’ll carefully edit your photos and deliver your proof gallery within 2 weeks. You will then be able to select your final images. Giving you the final say over which images you would like.

Once your images are selected, you’ll receive a link to your gallery with instructions on how to view and download your photos. You’ll have everything you need to enjoy, share, and print your favorites. I am honored to create heirloom images that will live on your walls for years to come.
